Maynard the Pursuer

Soooooo.... Oda makes a chapter of One Piece that entails the arrival of a new and dangerous rookie, the revelation of the blind samurai being a freaking admiral, the debut of potentially the most powerful division of the Cipher Police, and decides to name said chapter after a vice-admiral who gets jobbed off-page. What isn't Oda telling us.... hmmmmm.

I thought Nico Robin should be a little more prominent in this cover, as she is woefully underused.
