OPD pg87: Now We Make Party

Now that I'm uploading new pages to my old comic, the pages may be trickling in one by one instead of 2-4 at a time like I usually do. Hopefully, I'll get more pages done by tonight.

Anyhoo, Most of you who have read the previous pages already saw this moment coming, and now I've put Franky in the comic finally*strikes a pose* SUPEERRRRRR!!!! The biggest pain was drawing the actual city of Water 7. every tiny detail was done by freehand, no rulers at all.
