I got this idea watching the Regular Show episode 'See You There'. I caught skips out of the corner of my eye wearing a toga, but I initially mistook it for a Luke Skywalker costume. I thought to myself what a cool little homage to Skips' voice actor that would have been. Then, I came up with this.
